Hello,
FIRSTLY - IF YOU WANT TO VIEW PHOTOS OF MY CHAINSAW SCULPTURES THEN YOU CAN SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE TO FIND VARIOUS GROUPS OF PHOTOS.
If you would like to contact me you can call me on my mobile: 07711 045437, or you can reach me by e-mail at tim.burgess7@btinternet.com NOTE: DO NOT TRY AND USE THIS AS A LINK - type it in separately to your address bar. (Also NOTE: I ALWAYS acknowledge e-mails and respond as soon as I can. If for some reason you get no reply to an e-mail then I may not have received it - so please give me a call).
I am a sculptor of trees and logs - using mainly chainsaws. My home is in Rostherne, Cheshire, England, and I have a sculpture studio in Mobberley, Cheshire(*see note below). where there are sometimes a few items available for sale. My brother Andy works from the same location, as well as a few people I am coaching.
(* NOTE:If my location is no where near to you then you could still contact me to find an excellent chainsaw sculptor in your area. I know the best in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world - so I will be able to put you in contact with them).
I am prepared to travel, for example, to create an eagle in France in May, 2011.
You can see photos of some of my chainsaw sculptures by scrolling down the page and 'clicking' on any of the photos on the left or right side of the screen. The photos on the right - under 'Creating the Wizard of Thieves Hollow', show 'step by step' how a carving is created. I do not take or publish photos of all my carvings - for example, owls, eagles, buzzards and bears.

Thanks for having a look at my website. The word 'sculpture' derives from the Latin 'sculpere' which means 'to carve' (in those days - usually wood).
I mainly use Stihl chainsaws - they are excellent. I take commissions to sculpt trees and logs. I have created sculptures for individuals, businesses, Councils, schools, the Forestry Commision and charities. I also give chainsaw carving and sculpture demonstrations (including ice-carving) at functions, events, schools, and colleges. Give me a call if you would like a quote - my rates are very reasonable
If you are having a tree felled, then you may want to ask the 'feller' to leave you with a stump that can be sculpted into something of your choice. Alternatively, if the whole of a much-loved tree is removed then you might want to keep some of the trunk for a unique sculpture to be created for your garden/school/workplace. I create sculptures from 'green' wood. That is fresh wood that would otherwise be burnt or left to rot.
PLEASE NOTE: Ashley Mowers, Ashley, Cheshire, (01619282048) who are my local Stihl equipment suppliers.
I would recommend Pixel Promotions for anyone who wants their logo on clothing. Ken Peasegood has done excellent work for me - tel 07973-798745
I am also sponsored by SPEEDYSIGNS- who can provide, banners, van and trailer signs, magnetic signs and A-boards - all at a fraction of the price you would normally pay - well worth a call - speak to Mike on 07748-801264.
If you want a tree felled speak to Chris Frankland of Frankland Tree Services M: 0797-3431192, and if you need logs for woodburners - Sam Little is the man - 07899-954085.
I have attached some photos - please have a look and if you have time then please give me some feedback. You may wish to especialy note the quality of the photographs taken by HOWARD BARLOW (see www.howardbarlow.com) in the Section 'Photographs taken by Others'. If you need Corporate, Wedding or photos for any other occasion he is your man. Also, chesckout the wbsite of Caynor Sanders who I have worked with in the past www.gssphotography.co.uk
Many thanks.
Tim

Although a large professionally carved ice sculpture is still more impressive, they are expensive. Yet our molds will let you make as many ice sculptures as needed for very little cost allowing the use of many, even several on each table if desired.
